Less known to us, Masaki Masakage is a well-known trout fisherman from Japan, but, at the same time, a very appreciated creator of lures found under the name M-Aire (Masaki's company). They are specially designed for trout fishing, and all the ranges made by M-Aire so far have been very well received.

And as Masaki always has a lot of ideas, the DUO turned to him to improve the Spearhead Ryuki 45S, 50S and 70S models. Spearhead Ryuki has been ruling the trout waters for a long time, but now with the even more striking M-Aire hand-drawn colors, no fish got a chance!

Ryuki is continuing to build a strong reputation and has become another iconic lure for DUO being recognized as lethal, no matter what type of fishing. Just like the other Ryuki family members, 70S M Aire has flat, yet heavy sinking minnow body, with appealing sharp action.

Ryuki 70S will show its true strength against the Seema in the main-stream, Red spotted masu trout and the very selective Cherry trout. It has awesome swim balance in order to tackle the intricate flow of the stream while tracing the bottom to middle range depth.

Its action initiation is fast and capable of staging consecutive twitching with short rod work. Even against currents, it preserves its high swimming performance, while its flight posture is stable, realizing great casting distance and accuracy. You will experience the real pleasure of controlling the lure in the current.

The semi-long lip of the sinking Ryuki 70 grips plenty of water and its flat-side body, with low center of gravity fixed weight settings, have equipped the lure with a high level of swimming performance. Some lures lose their casting abilities, if they have a big volume body, but by reducing the height of the body, DUO has managed to preserve the long shots.
